    MIST創辦人森住康二大師的至愛口味。湯底以慢火熬十多小時,使材料的精華完全溶入湯中。熬好的拉麵湯底本來保持在78℃至82℃之間的高溫,但專門做豉油拉麵的湯底,須控制在60℃,使MIST精選的無添加優質醬油所蘊含的豆香,能得到適當的發揮,突出整碗豉油拉麵的個性。

    冬季限量推出豬骨湯拉麵,自家製26號幼麵條、配沖繩那霸甜薯豚角煮及昆布絲。另跟辣味大豆芽。

    For limited time, we are serving seasonal flavour "Tonkotsu Rahmen". Our home-made no.26 size noodles served in a thick pork bone soup, accompanied with braised Naha sweet potato-fed pork belly and kombu. Also served with spicy bean sprouts on the side.
